Caramelized chicken fillet and turmeric roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 500 to 600gchicken fillets
  • 4cssoy sauce
  • 2cloves of garlic
  • 1Cauliflower
  • 1Greek yogurt
  • 1lime
  • 2turmeric cartons

Preparation tips



  1.      Preheat your oven to 180°C

  2.       Cut the cauliflower into florets. Rinse them. Coat them with a drizzle of sunflower oil, salt, pepper and turmeric. Arrange them in a single layer with a splash of water in a baking tray then bake for around 20-30 minutes. Add a little more water if necessary during cooking.
  1.      Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and marinate them with soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey and crushed garlic cloves.
  1.      Prepare a sauce by mixing the Greek yogurt, lime juice, 1 tbsp of honey, salt and pepper with a fork.
  1.      10 minutes before the cauliflower is finished cooking, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and brown the drained chicken strips (do not add salt). When they are golden brown, add the marinade if there is any left. 
  1.      Serve hot with the roasted cauliflower and the yogurt sauce.
